Background and Experience

Donna started her organizational learning and development career in a rapidly changing New England healthcare and insurance environment.  There, she witnessed the power of particular leadership and team development models and tools to unleash potential, build resilient teams, and transform leaders. In 2008, she began her professional specialization in Co-Active® coaching and transformational leadership development, and has since had the privilege of coaching and consulting with executives, high potential leaders and teams in healthcare, public service, and for-profit organizations, in the U.S. and abroad.

Donna is known for creative insight and down to earth demeanor, as she develops courageous leaders and enables workplaces to experience the full potential of their people. In workshops, individual coaching relationships, and team development engagements, she enables clients to see new ways through conflict and to leverage the best of themselves in service of both their personal dreams and organizational objectives.
