Sandra is a passionate and committed Co-Active™ leadership coach, known for her capacity to establish deep connections with clients from all over the world.  As a coaching partner, she is an insightful listener and a creative  problem solver. Sandra encourages clients to clarify their values and make conscious choices to live and work to their fullest potential.

 

Sandra was born and raised in Mexico City. Her experience of living and working in Europe and the Americas is at the heart of her capacity to stay open minded, appreciate multicultural environments, and work effectively with individuals and leaders of diverse backgrounds. She has demonstrated particular effectiveness in helping people successfully adapt to new circumstances including relocation, international work assignments, and personal and professional role changes.
