Rachel has a professional coaching career that spans for years over diverse sectors: science and technology, health care, education, mining, banking, and agri-business development.  She has delivered leadership training & team facilitation, HR/OD consulting, change management, and project management in Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, Africa, Asia, the Caucasus, and the Balkans.

She has a strong background in group process and building organizational capacity, and is valued for helping teams think strategically and engage in meaningful conversations that lead to change, particularly in multi-cultural situations and teams. She has appreciable knowledge of leadership talent development and leadership performance management processes and is known for skillful one-on-one coaching with executives, senior staff and emerging leaders in support of an organization’s management effectiveness and leadership objectives.  Her clients include business leaders and teams, expatriates and foreign nationals, and culturally diverse teams.
